    Porridge has been a popular choice for sports enthusiasts and/or health-conscious people for decades. But the fact is, it's more delicious when flavoured. Flav'n' Oats comes in three super flavours, so you don't have to worry about that. Simply mix it with two decilitres of water, wait a minute or two and you're done. It's a great source of fibre and lactose-free. And if you want to spice it up with your favourite protein, you can opt for the unflavoured version!

    Recommended dosage

    Mix one serving of 100g of Flav'n' Oats with 200ml of hot or cold water and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Eat it anytime during the day, even combined with your favourite fruits, nuts and other spices.
