    Bromelain from pineapple is a mixture of protein-digesting enzymes called proteases. Pineapples have had a long medical tradition among the natives of South America and spread worldwide for various uses in folk medicine and continues to be explored as a popular herbal extract.

    Directions:

    For digestive purposes, take 1 tablet 1-3 times a day with meals containing the most protein. For muscle and joint pain, take 3-1 tablets away from meals. DO NOT EXCEED 4 TABLETS A DAY!
