    Bulking agent (cellulose gel), magnesium bisglycinate, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract 4.9%, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract 2.5%, coating [stabilisers (polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol-graft-co-polymer, polyvinyl alcohol), anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)], hop (Humulus lupulus) flower extract 2.4%, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) root extract 1.7%, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

    How to take BioTechUSA Valeriana Forte tablets?

    Recommended use: Take 2-3 tablets daily with a glass of water, according to your stress level. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

    WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements do not replace a balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle! Do not exceed the recommended dosage! Use it with extra caution when driving. A valerian may increase the sedative effects of barbiturates, alcohol and benzodiazepines.
