Lecithin is a fat-like substance called phospholipid. It is composed mostly of B vitamins, phosphoric acid, choline, linoleic acid and inositol. Lecithin contains all the phosphatides found naturally in cell membranes. Each Lecithin softgel capsule provides you with 1200 mg of natural lecithin extracted from soybeans.
 

Directions

Take 1 softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
