Our Mega BCAA 2300 product contains L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio in capsule form. BCAAs, i.e. Branched-Chain Amino Acids, are among the so-called essential amino acids. The human body cannot produce these amino acids, or only in insufficient quantities, so we can get these amino acids from an external source, during our daily meals, by consuming protein-containing foods.

In addition to branched-chain amino acids, the formula contains pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which participates in normal energy-producing processes, as well as vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
