Description

L-Lysine is an essential amino acid that's a physiological building block for the proteins in the body and it is found in large amounts in muscle tissue. The 9 essential amino acids the body cannot synthesize and must be supplied by the diet, including sport supplements.

DIRECTIONS      

Take 3x1 capsules daily with a glass of water before meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
