    oatmeal 72%, whey protein concentrate 16%, banana pieces (dried banana pieces 3.5%, coconut oil, sucrose, honey, flavor), apple pieces [dried apple pieces 2.5%, dextrose, preservative (sulfur dioxide) ], creaming mixture [palm fat *, glucose syrup, milk protein, anti-caking agent (silica)], L-glutamine 0.5%, flavorings, thickener (cellulose gum), L-arginine 0.2%, edible acid (citric acid) , L-leucine 0.04%, table salt, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine 0.02%, L-valine 0.02%, colorant (tartrazine) [1], maltodextrin.

    TASTE: chocolate. RECOMMENDED USE: Mix 1 serving (87 g = 6 heaped tablespoons) of the product with 125 ml of water or skim milk. Rest for a few minutes before eating.
