C 1000 + BIOFLAVONOIDS is the source of four remarkable ingredients: Vitamin C, Rose Hip Extract, Grape Seed Extract and Hesperidin. The formula delivers 1000 mg Vitamin C. Besides the several known beneficial effects of Vitamin C, we emphasize that it contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

In higher doses Vitamin C also helps to maintain the normal function of the immune system after intense physical exercise (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily Vitamin C)! Rose Hips are the fruits of Rosa canina (dog rose) and are widely used in traditional medicine. The polyphenols in Grape Seed extract have great anti-oxidant properties!
