1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the website www.kosport.al.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in Albanian Lek (ALL) or Euros (EUR). The prices displayed on the website at the time the order is placed are binding.

3. Shipping

Delivery times are approximate and may vary. Deadlines specified by customers cannot be taken into account and are not binding. The supplier is not obliged to notify the customer of the receipt or dispatch of orders.

The products ordered will be shipped directly to you as quickly as possible by the carrier selected during the purchase process (currently Albanian Courier).

In rare cases, an order may be shipped in separate deliveries rather than in a single shipment. In such cases, shipping costs will be charged only once. The customer is not entitled to refuse partial deliveries and must accept them.

In the event of delivery delays or if an ordered product is unexpectedly sold out, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs: ALL 350 per order, except in Tirana, where the shipping cost is ALL 100.
Free shipping: for all orders over ALL 2,500.
Delivery area: Albania only.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

An order constitutes an offer to the supplier to enter into a sales contract.

When a customer places an order on kosport.al, an email is automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer when registering their personal details. This email serves solely as an order confirmation and informs the customer that the order has been received by the supplier.

From that moment, the order enters the order-processing procedure, whose status can be viewed at any time through the kosport.al online store. By submitting the order, the customer confirms that they have been informed of these General Terms and Conditions and that they accept them.

5. Deliveries

Using the shipping method selected by Kosport.al, Albanian Courier delivers your parcels within two business days, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., throughout Albania, to the delivery address provided by the customer.

For logistical reasons, in rare cases, the kosport.al online store is authorized to make partial deliveries. In such cases, no additional shipping costs will be charged.

6. Payment

Currently, payment can only be made in cash upon receipt of the goods from the courier. Payment by credit card and PayPal will be available soon.

7. Right to Return Goods

Complaints concerning the quantity delivered, defects in the goods, incorrect deliveries, or discrepancies in quantity must be reported in writing as soon as possible, but no later than two days after confirmation of the order. Such complaints will be considered insofar as the issue can be established through reasonable inspection.

Goods may only be exchanged or returned in the event of a justified complaint. There is no right to exchange or return goods that have been delivered correctly.

Opened products cannot be returned.

8. Improvements and Changes

The kosport.al online store reserves the right to make changes to products without notifying customers when the manufacturer determines that such changes constitute an improvement in quality.

The kosport.al online store reserves the right to correct errors in product descriptions and prices. Minor differences between the actual products and their descriptions or photographs may occur.

9. Use and Consumption of Food Supplements

None of the food supplements offered by the kosport.al online store are medicines.

Product descriptions, recommendations for use and consumption, as well as information regarding ingredients and other product characteristics, are provided for informational purposes only and are based on information supplied by the manufacturer or extracts from specialized articles.
