Mix 1 serving (2.5 g = half a level scoop = 1 level teaspoon) of powder into at least 200 ml of your preferred drink. Use a shaker bottle for mixing. Consume 3 servings daily, before meals, with plenty of liquids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
